Submit Your Prayer Request or Praise Report Please fill out and submit the following information and your prayer request or praise report will be forwarded automatically to our Concord Ministry Staff. Your prayer concerns will be earnestly lifted up to the Lord in prayer by the Concord Staff and the members of our Wednesday Evening Prayer Group.
